Many of us are always aiming for big biceps,chest, Thies and abs. But every single part of body is essential if we are looking for complete fitness. I’m sure many of us woken up in the morning with a stiff neck . Have you ever wondered why the pain is not only felt in the neck, but also can spread into the other muscles, and the like traps and shoulders . All these muscles contribute to the neck area we refer to. As supporting muscle groups, these should also be trained to increase neck strength.
The most important thing to remember when getting into neck workouts is DO NOT try to lift beyond your physical limits. And always do some kind of basic streching
Look for a plain surface and hold your body in chakrasana position without touching your hands on ground. Please lift your body through your head touching to the surface of the ground and hold your position for 5 second as shown in video. Make a proper movement of your head up and down to maintain range of motion . This increases the flexibility in your neck position.
