Progression

  1. Begin kneeling on the floor taking help of chair.
  2. Grasp the handles of your biceps rod with your arms extended.
  3. Engage your abs and slowly roll forward until your belly is just above the floor, keeping your arms extended in front of you.
  4. Return to starting position by rolling back in to your knees.
  5. Repeat for 5 to 10 reps.

Beginners: Perform the roll-out exercises on your knees or with a wide stance. Make sure to maintain proper form and avoid arching your back at all times.

Advanced: in advance version you can take help of any object like chair or table and place your feets on floor and try doing ab roll workout.
