Chin ups : Best upper body workout

Chin-ups are one of the most challenging body-weight exercises .The chin-up is a upper body strength training workout. People frequently do this exercise with the intention of strengthening muscles such as the latissimus dorsi and biceps, which extend the shoulder and flex the elbow, respectively. the palms are faced towards the body. This workout will give immense strength to upper body. So, chin ups are the best upper body workout.

The chin up differs from the pull up in that the chin up allows for a greater degree of bicep involvement during the pulling movement. This exercise can be included in your back workouts, upper body workouts, pull workouts, or full body workouts.
