Human Heart is the most important organ, it circulates blood to our body through vessels and veins. if its d’sent work properly our body will get severe injury . our heart is a muscle, and it gets stronger and healthier if we lead an active and healthy exercise.there are lots of exercise we can do ,but the thing is we have to make a proper timing and diet plan that go according to our healthy life style.in this particular post we will discuss about the basic activities or exercises we can perform for our healthy heart.according to research people who don’t do exercises are almost twice likely to get heart disease as compare to active people.

Regular exercise can help you:

  • Burn calories
  • Lower your blood pressure
  • Reduce LDL “bad” cholestrol
  • Boost your HDL “good”  cholestrol

thus its important to make our heart healthy for healthy living.


Types of exercise :

1.Aerobics (“cardio”):

Running, jogging, and biking are some examples. You’re moving fast enough to raise your heart rate and breathe harder, but you should still be able to talk to someone while you’re doing it. Otherwise, you are pushing too hard. If you have joint problems, choose a low-impact activity, like swimming  or walking.so while performing exercise which make your heart rate fast is quite good for healthy heart.try to do kick boxing,running ,play basket ball or sprint is most essential activities for high heart rate activity.


2. Stretching :

You’ll become more flexible if you do this a couple of times a week. Stretch after you’ve warmed up or finished exercising. Stretch gently — it shouldn’t hurt. stretching is important part of human body this activity will revealed pain at targeted areas as well as it make body flexible to help flow blood properly.we often see athletes to perform stretching after and before exercises .it makes loose muscles work properly and relive any kind of pain . thus include stretching a part of your daily routine before and after certain exercises.

3. Strength Training :

Another activity you can perform is Strength training.you can use weights, stretching bands or your own body weights to perform strength training.these kinds of activities also helps body muscles grow and makes your heart healthy. hitting gym using weights or Resistance bands are good activity .try to hit gym within 3 to 4 day a week for proper and healthy body. because our body responds easily to active body easily and early as compared to deactive body.
