Hang your body upside down on a parallel rod and try to pull your body from waist towards upwards side with helping of your core strength. put your both hands aside and take deep breath and exhale while going up every time . you will feel the extreme tension while performing this workout . always prefer your coach or trainer to help you if you are new to this workout. try increase your repetition for better result.
Repeat the workout for 5 second for 3 sets
