One can perform complete workout through Resistance band just  emphasizes your upper body particularly the back, shoulders, and arms. Strengthening these key areas can help anyone improve their posture.

Warm up before using Resistance band

  • Bodyweight Upright Row x 60 seconds
  • Side Stretch x 60 seconds
  • Squat to Row x 60 seconds
  • Standing Crunch x 60 seconds

When your are done with warmup then use your resistance band for workout.
