year 2018 ,another year in on ,set your 2018 new year fitness resolution .ask question to yourselves what  have you achieved in previous year 2017 . we may take lot of resolution every year but as time goes on we remain the same person. but we all know a healthy lifestyle always require a healthy body .so what you are doing for yourself to remain fit and healthy .

as time goes on our age goes on and we all indulge in busy schedules and we didn’t gave time to our personality. and when we cross our 30s or 40s we have to face lots of body transformations like joint pains, diabetes, hair loss and many more.so as we live ,as we eat,as our life style ,its directly reflects to our personality. so this coming year make a habit of exercise .its only helps you nobody else .

It simple we all need to become fit and that’s our priority. we sometime become so motivated after watching our favorite actor/actress doing stunt or looking there fitness and we start hitting gym or playing sports to become fit and look like them. but after a week all our motivation goes aside as we become busy in our busy schedule .

here we tell you how you can set your fitness goals

  1. Be specific :  always be specific as what is your fitness goals. you want to loose weight or increase muscles or remain fit and flexible . this will clear out the measurable things you want to do for your fitness .like gym, sport ,swimming ,yoga etc.

2. Measurable : second most important thing is you have to decide what particular exercise you have to perform .either you have to increase or decrease your body muscles and make a plan how to achieve that goals ,through gym or through other activities. through dedication.

3. Attainable  : now question comes how to attain your fitness goals one should remember that fitness is not a easy task ,one have to stic to its daily schedule. you have to decide how to achieve that goal. what is actually required , 1 more repetition. 1 more jump,1 more punch,1 more pushups,1 more kick ,1 more repetition.

4. relevant: be relevant about your goals. you have to understand that your body your personality is totally different from others. so don’t compare your goals or exercise routine with others. may be other person was trying hard from long time. you have to understand your body situation. and work accordingly while making short goals to achieve long goals.

thus this year 2018 you have to decide what makes you deviate from your fitness goals and how you can stick to your fitness plan for long time  .and one should always remember that to achieve big goals always plan for short term goals and stick to it for achieving bigger goals.
