Don’t let your feet touches the floor between reps. Once you complete 10 crunches then moves towards 2nd bottle and so on.
Do 5 sets for 10 reps each side
3. Scissors :
extend your arms so that they are against the side of your body with your palms pressing into the floor,or bend your elbows and place your palms under the back of your head. Lift both the legs straight up towards parallel to head position.and pressing your lower back into the ground. Keeping your core strong, then slowly scissor your legs,lifting your right leg back up as you lower your left leg down towards the ground. Do it in a smooth manner and feel the pressure at your core area.
Do 5 sets for 10 reps each side
4. Bottle touches :
another effective exercise for abs is below the bottle touches. Simply lay down on floor pressing your lower back pressed towards the ground and put your legs in air making 90° angle in lsit position .now hold 2 bottles in your hands and simultaneously try to touches both the bottles in a crunches position you will feel immense pressure on your abdominal muscles. Perform it very smoothly.

5. Legs shift :
another effective exercise here you have to lay down on floor and press your hands on the floor besides your back and raise your both the legs simultaneously shifting your legs in air from one bottle to another without touching your legs on ground. You will feel the pressure generated towards your abdominal muscles .
